Students worked on a lab dealing with the hydrolysis of disaccharides. 9/02 The students used Benedict's solution to differentiate between monosaccharides and disaccharides. 9/02 
The students used pippetes to measure 5 ml of the various solutions tested. Molecular model kits were used to construct various organic molecules, including alpha-glucose.
