•       My name is Carrie Berg and I am the school counselor at Shiloh Hills Elementary School.  I am available daily to assist students, parents, and teachers. I will be consulting with teachers throughout the year to help provide the best school counseling program for your child. 
     

            I will be providing a lesson to each class on about a monthly basis.  I will be following the American School Counselor Association’s National Standards and will be addressing lessons in the areas of academic, personal/social and the career domains. Please feel free to talk with your child about what they are learning during guidance and make use of that teachable moment. 

     

            I am available to meet with children individually or in small groups. I run a variety of groups each year including: friendship, social skills, changing families, study skills and organization, grief and loss and stressbusters.  I also have Lunch Bunch with students almost daily.  
     
           My goal is to develop a positive relationship between home and school. If you have any concerns regarding your child please feel free to contact me. When necessary, I may ask for additional information concerning your child. Please be aware of my sincere respect for confidentiality in these matters.
