9:00 a.m. Intertidal lecture and Lab – wet lab! Up to waist!
12:30 p.m. Lunch
1:30 p.m. Salt marsh – lecture and lab- wet lab! Wear disgusting clothes and bring trash bag to put clothes in; also need an old towel and change of clothes! (this lab may flip-flop with the afternoon lab based on the tides; we want to go at low tide!)
6:00 p.m. Pizza Hut – student’s own expense
8:00 p.m. Microorganisms Lab ???
9:30 p.m. Astronomy on the beach; or Owl watch and calling (or ice cream or both; weather dependent)
11:00 p.m. Quiet hours- must be in dorm and quiet

8:30 a.m. NASA boat trip/ Tidal Creek boat trip – water chemistry and organism collection- dress very warm! (no sandals allowed!)

1:30 p.m. Maritime forest – lecture and lab; Yellow crowned night heron rookery
Beachcombing and a swim for the “brave”, a.k.a. stupid
4:30 p.m. NASA follow-up lab/Microscopy and Cell Counts
7:30 p.m. Dinner at a Seafood Restaurant – student’s own expense – will receive $10-15 toward this but the rest is at student’s own expense
9:30 p.m. Chemistry and oceanography lab
11:00 p.m. Quiet hours- must be in dorm and quiet
