Hello,
My name is Ms. Julia Huang, the school counselor for students with last names from DF-JD in grades 10 through 12. I am excited to work with Wilson's students, parents, and educators during this school year!
As a Philadelphia native, I attended Central High School and the University of Pennsylvania. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science as an undergraduate at Penn. I then received two Master's degrees (M.S.Ed. & M.Phil.Ed) from Penn in Professional Counseling in the School Counseling track.
I have had various experiences in the Philadelphia and Penn community, from researching sleep disorders and children's externalizing behaviors to working in an outpatient clinic. I am highly interested in mental health research, college and career readiness, and creative therapeutic practices.
