• If you have not submitted a completed physical and/or dental exam form for your child while they have been a student at West, please do so to update their school records so that the nurse can pass along their most updated information as they transition to the high school next year. If you are unsure if you have submitted either a physical or a dental exam for your child, simply email or call Ellen Grossman (groell@share.wilsonsd.org  or 610.670.0180 ext. 4917) and that information can be quickly obtained.
