• The states requires a documented dental exam in 7th grade.  The completed form can be turned in any time during the 7th grade school year.  Please take a dental form to your child's next dental exam and return the completed form to the NURSE or the MAIN OFFICE (who will see that the nurse receives it).  If it is your desire to have your child examined by the school dentist (NO ACTUAL DENTAL WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED, JUST A DENTAL ASSESSMENT), please notify the school nurse as soon as possible.  
    *Proof of immunization of MCV and Tdap vaccines are required for 7th grade.

     SCOLIOSIS SCREENINGS will be done for all 7th graders, as required by the State of Pennsylvania, during physical education classes in February 2017.  Students who have turned in a physical form from their private physician or who have had a sports physical during the CURRENT school year  will NOT  be screened.
