First, complete a registration form and return it to me. Directions for return are on the form.

Second, if the district doesn't have your clearances on file, you must obtain them and bring them to our main office before serving as a Watch D.O.G.

Fathers whose residence has been in Pennsylvania for the past ten years need a Child Abuse and a Criminal History Check. Fathers who have not lived in Pennsylvania for the past ten years need both of those clearances and an FBI Criminal Background Check. If you received your clearances more than five years ago, you must apply for new ones.

 

You may complete the registration form and sign up for your Watch D.O.G. day(s) before obtaining the clearances. However, please choose a day that is at least  two months after applying for clearances, to be sure we have them by the time you serve as a Watch D.O.G.

 

  

 

 

 Third, sign up for your date(s)!

• Type your email address twice, and create a password.
• Click on the date you choose.
• Click Sign Up.
• Type your name, phone number, child/children name(s) and teacher(s).
• Unclick Receive Updates if you don't want updates from the site.
• Click Save.
• Click Save at bottom of sign up page. You will get a confirmation email once your sign up date is saved.
