Take US 222 North to I-78 East thru A-B-E area past Lebanon, NJ to I-287 North.
Follow I-287 North to I-287 East / I-87 South (NYS Thruway) acrossTappan Zee Bridge.
After crossing the Tappan Zee Bridge, follow I-287 East (Cross-Westchester Expressway) to
I-95 North (New England Thruway/Connecticut Turnpike).
Exit I-95 in Connecticut at Indian Field Road (about 4 miles past NY/CT line).
At the top of the ramp, turn left, go 0.7 mile (passing over old narrow railroad bridge) to light at US 1 (East Putnam Avenue)
and turn left.
Go 0.2 mile to light at Hillside Road and turn right.
Pass the large school building on your left, then turn left into the driveway.
Go around to the back of the complex to the pool entrance.
