    Welcome to Wilson! Located in beautiful West Lawn, Pennsylvania on the outskirts of Reading, we serve approximately 5,900 students with 550 faculty members. Our district is comprised of five elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school.
     
    Our staff is dedicated to improving student learning and achievement. We pride ourselves on creating opportunities for students to succeed in and out of the classroom with our extensive course offerings, Academy Program, extra-curricular activities, and a climate that is conducive for learning.

    Wilson School District addresses character education early and continues teaching its subtle lessons throughout a student’s school years. As an aid to our efforts, we have developed a list of seven character traits that are vital for the development strong, self-worthy young people.  Wilson elementary schools build lessons, activities, and events around our seven character traits. Our goal is to produce knowledgeable and well-rounded students of high character.
