Fifth Grade 3D Lunches and Printmaking Fifth Grade created three-dimensional lunches by studying ways in which objects could be rendered so they do not appear flat. They were required to add shadows and shading to help achieve the three-dimensional look!
Fifth grade also studied the art of printmaking. Students sketched ideas and traced them onto thin sheets of Styrofoam. This left an embossed image of their drawing in the foam. Next they inked and printed the image onto construction paper!
