• Act 34 Criminal History Clearances

    All volunteers, who require clearances, must:

      1. Submit a request online or by mail.  See below
      2. Choose "volunteer" as the reason for the background check.
      3. Print and bring to the office the original copy of the Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearance Results.

     

     

    *** Wilson School District Volunteer Disclosure Statement ***

    At the discretion of the building principal, she may use the Wilson School District Volunteer Disclosure Statement form if the criminal or child abuse clearances have not arrived prior to an event or a time when a volunteer is needed.  It is a "one and done" option to cover a 30 day period at which time a current, original copy of the missing clearances must be provided in order to continue volunteering services.  A parent/guardian is not able to sign and submit this form one year and re-sign and re-submit a new form the next year.
