•                                                          Retake Policy

    Students will be allowed to retake summative assessments based on the following conditions:
    • Students are able to receive a maximum score resulting from any retake of a 100%.
    • Students may only re-take each summative assessment one time.

    Time and Responsibility Factors:

    • Students must retake the summative assessment within two schedule cycles from the day the original summative assessment score was reviewed by the teacher in class
    • Students will schedule time that he/she will retake the assessment.
    • Students are required to complete a retake form and hand in prior to taking the retake.
