    Our team has a core behavior plan that we all use.  We use a "clip" system format. See the chart below to review the plan.
     
    Green LightStudents start here everyday in 4th grade. I may talk to the student two or three times. If the student's clip is on green, then he/she is having a great day.
    Yellow LightThis is the first warning students receive. After speaking to him/her more than a couple of times, he/she will move their clip here. No more warnings.
    Red LightStudent loses his/her recess. He/She will complete a form titled "Stop, Write, Think." Parents will need to sign and return this form.
    Orange Light
    		Your child will call you immediately due to their constant disruption of others! No recess and further consequences, if needed.
    Blue LightYour child will be sent to the principal's, Mr. Flannery, office.
